Quick update…
Below is my final submission for week 2 over at AM. The model is the “famous” STU character. All I can say is that the rig for this guy is just awesome and a joy to work with. As the classes progress the rigs get more intricate and tons of options added. Looking forward to the next iterations.
I’ve also tagged another quick sketch as promised. Down the road I’m going to look back at these and cringe
oh well… Right now, I’m just going through old pics, magazines and art-books drawing whatever strikes a cord with a little twist of my own to them. Once I feel like I’ve warmed up, I’ll get back to creating some original stylized stuff as usual. For now though, I’m just trying to remind my self that I can still draw some what.

Nice sketches! I definitely know how you feel about being rusty. I went to my first life drawing class today after not really drawing for about fthree years, and I was horrified with how slow and terrible I’ve become! Let hope we can both keep up practicing

Thanks Binz!
Animation Mentor is slowly breaking me out of the habit of not showing what I feel is not my best material. Feed back, Feed back, Feed back.
Although, I dont expect too much feed back about my sketches here. I’m glad that I am learning to be more comfortable with putting something out in public that I know sucks
Looking forward to when I can post some sketches that I am truly hyped about LOL.
