It’s the end of January and I’m counting the days until I restart AM. I don’t know if I’m going to make it with out exploding before the time gets here. But hey, until then I must continue to animate and keep my skills up…that wont be a problem. I’m hoping to post some stuff soon just to show what I’ve been working on.
By the way, I also dabble in graphics programming (video game stuff). Below is a C++ DirectX game that I wrote back around xmas. All the coding, graphics, music and sound was done by yours truly. If you want to down load the game all you need to have is the DirectX run-time. You can get the game from here ClickMe
Here is a youTube video of the game

Hey Anthony
Thanks for stopping by. Nice game, these programming skills definitely may help you in writing mel scripts that help you ease your anim workflow. In the meantime you can start animating 1st assign of class2 since you already have ballie. That would give you more time(as I know which is scarce for you) in refining your anim three months later:)
See you back in school

Hey Eray,
Thanks for stopping by man
Yep, I have ballie and plan on doing a few things with him. Currently I’m just going over the basic stuff because I’ll have to take class one over. But ballie is on my list of things to do

Sup!
Sick that you did all that. I tried to learn C++ for a bit but quickly left all that nonsense to my brother.
Just curious (and probably a stupid question)… since you have programming skills and an interest in animations were you planning to do TD work?

Hey Tony,
Long time no talk to man. Yep, I programmed it all and did the graphics and sound. Compared to what a lot of other people can do it’s elementary for sure.
To answer your question about doing TD work. I have never really thought about it. Although, I have been focusing a lot on rigging in Maya as of late. Animation will always be my passion but it doesn’t hurt to have other skills too. Time will tell when it’s all said and done.
